3BT is our patented technology that shapes the nose and tail of the board like a hull. It divides the base into three sections to reduce edge catches, improve float in powder, and allow for faster edge-to-edge transitions.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders within the EU and North America typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy for snowboards and bindings?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been mounted with bindings or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do Bataleon snowboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all Bataleon snowboards come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. By registering your board on our website, you can extend this coverage to 3 years.
How do I choose the right board size for my height and weight?
We recommend choosing a board based primarily on your weight and boot size rather than height. Each product page includes a specific size chart to help you find the perfect match for your riding style.
